1. Through this Application, DaDI provides Applications that help the Coaching or Mentoring process for Users.
2. Provide facilities for Users to set development targets, arrange schedules, documentation sessions and journals to support User self-development.

(hereinafter numbers 1 and 2 in the scope of this service will be referred to as the “Service”).

1. We hereby authorize and grant you a limited right (“Limited License”), which cannot be transferred or granted to any other party, to access and use the Application to the extent expressly stated and permitted under these Terms of Use. In connection with this Limited License, We do not grant any other rights or licenses related to the use of the Application; rights or licenses that are not expressly stated, are the property of DADI or its affiliates. You can use the Application to carry out the Service’s registration process and you hereby warrant that you do not submit fraudulent booking requests. You also hereby certify that you will provide an accurate and precise email, and address and contact details of yours.
2. In connection with the Terms of Use on the Application, you agree not to use the Application or the content available for commercial purposes or directly or indirectly for other than personal use or purposes prohibited by applicable laws and regulations, or take actions that violate the Terms of Use.
3. Except with valid written consent from us, you agree not to modify, duplicate, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, make derivatives of, transfer, sell or resell all information, software, products or services. Services obtained from the Application, either in part or in whole. In addition, you also agree not to:
1. Access, monitor or reproduce content on the Application by using technology, software or other programs either manually or automatically for purposes that violate these Terms of Use without the consent of DADI;
2. Take any action that may impact the operational capability of the Application infrastructure;
3. Create a link to the Application for any purpose without the express written consent of DADI;
4. Resell, use, reproduce, carry out monitoring (such as the use or installation of spider or scrape programs), display, download any content production, software, products, services available through the Application for commercial purposes or competitive activities;
5. Reproducing the Application (via "frame" or "mirror") or to build part of the Application on another Application without our consent;
6. Send announcements to or through the Application that violate applicable laws and regulations, or that support criminal acts;
7. Transmit or provide a link to any material or information that is defamatory, libelous, or false;
8. Transmit or provide information that violates intellectual property rights or other rights of a certain group of entities or persons, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, confidential information;
9. Transmit notices that are prohibited by applicable laws and regulations or violate the rights and obligations under these Terms of Use;
10. Falsify data or information of any person or entity for any purpose;
11. Manipulating or falsify data/information with the aim of removing the originality of any statements provided;
12. Use the Application in any way, which may damage, render non-functional, interfere with the use of the Application or other users' computer equipment, or cause damage, interference or limit the functionality of the software, hardware or communication equipment;
13. Giving access or carrying out unauthorized modification actions on the Application or other matters related to the Application, or other accounts, computer systems, network connections, on the Application through hacking, password theft or other similar things;
14. Obtain or conduct an experiment to obtain any confidential material or information, which is obtained by accident and/or is not approved by Us through the Application, including but not limited to information related to other User data;
15. Take actions that result in improper functioning or damage the DADI Application or its affiliates and employees or DADI's reputation.
4. By placing an order or registration through the Application, you guarantee and represent that you are not a party or part of a party that is subject to sanctions due to restrictions or prohibitions, or is subject to penalties in any money laundering actions, thereby releasing DADI from liability for all claims, claim or compensation against anyone.

1. Intellectual Property Rights in the Application and all the Services provided are owned and/or licensed to, DADI or all of its affiliates. All information, materials, including but not limited to software, text, data, graphics, images, sounds, videos, trademarks, logos, html codes and other codes on the Application are prohibited from being published, modified, duplicated, reproduced, adapted, or modified in any way outside the Application without the written consent of DADI. In the event that you violate the rights of DADI as intended, then DADI has the right to ask for compensation or file a claim or lawsuit for compensation in its entirety for the damage, loss, and/or suffering suffered by DADI. Violation of this provision will be considered a criminal act.
2. DADI and its affiliates are the owners of the Intellectual Property Rights of, including but not limited to domain names, Applications, trademarks, content, copyrights, service marks, logos, symbols and other designs. Nothing in these Terms of Use is construed as granting any license or other right, arising or impacting the use, ownership, distribution or modification of any Intellectual Property Rights of DADI.

You hereby represent and agree that as far as can be provided under the laws and regulations:

1. The services and content on the Application provided are on an as-is basis and if available. In connection with this, we declare that DADI does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, either implied or express, including the suitability of the programs and services provided for special purposes.
2. We will periodically update (maintenance) the Application and Service. We do not guarantee that the Services, functions, Services, or security features provided on the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free; or failure to repair Applications and servers that provide services, free from viruses, malware or harmful components. You acknowledge that We do not control the transfer of data on public communication facilities, including but not limited to the internet. We are not responsible for any supply, delivery failure, or other damage caused by such issues.
3. We do not give any responsibility for damage or malfunction of the hardware or its support from you as a result of using the Application, therefore you are fully responsible for damage to your hardware system or network or data loss from downloading any material provided in the Application.
4. We are not responsible for any loss, damage either directly or indirectly as a result of your use of the Application, including but not limited to any special damages relating to incidental, legal or consequential losses or other economic losses, and the sole remedy given by us is the termination of your use of this application.

You hereby declare and release DADI and its employees and affiliates from any claims, requests, liability for losses from legal fees, arising from claims from third parties against: i) use of the Application; ii) content provided to, or accessed from, the Application; iii) violation of the Terms of Use; iv) acts of violating applicable laws and regulations either due to negligence or intent.

Without any other remedies, DADI in its sole discretion restricts, refuses, suspends, temporarily or permanently, detains, or prevents you from accessing or using the Service, Application, transferring or deleting content, and taking other technical steps to try to use the Application, if according to DADI, you make or use abnormal, damaging, creating problems, violating the law, which brings loss, damage to DADI and/or other Users.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Users in accessing and using this application have agreed to bind themselves to the legal jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.

In the event that one or more provisions of these Terms of Use become invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect. DADI will try its best to change the invalid provisions into force by making adjustments to the provisions.

DADI's failure to take action in relation to your violation does not withdraw or waive DADI's rights against any violation committed by you. DADI reserves the right to take any action at its sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password in the Application. Please do not send data and information related to you if it is not necessary and is confidential to you. Loss for your negligence in this matter is not entirely our responsibility.

We may collect and process the following types of personal information:

1. The Personal Information including but not limited to name, email address, telephone number, place of work, and others available on the Site.
2. Wherever such Personal Information is requested by the Site as "required", the you are obliged to provide Personal Information on the Site. If you do not agree to provide such Personal Information, the Site cannot provide services, features, and links on the Site, and your request will be rejected.

By accessing our Site, you agree that your personal information may be collected, stored, used and shared by us and our partners, third parties we work with, or other institutions that are legally entitled to inquire us regarding legal matters, for any of the following purposes:

1. To verify your identity in using, registering, and/or making purchases (if any) from any Service provided by DADI;
2. To contact you regarding your use of, and access to, the Site and managing the queries and requests submitted by you through the Site;
3. To provide Services to you including other links provided on the Site;
4. To send confirmation of your payment and confirmation of your registration with one or more of the Services provided on the Site (if any);
5. To contact you in connection with the Services available on the Site;
6. To monitor and improve the Services available on the Site;
7. To maintain and develop the Site and the Services, and the features therein;
8. To improve the understanding and the needs for information and communication in connection with improving and modifying the services on the Site;
9. To conduct research and development along with statistical analysis in connection with services to identify symptoms or trends of the need for use by Users, so as to provide improved services and accommodate the needs of the community;
10. For daily operations, and services, and features provided on the Site;
11. To send you tips, news, newsletters, suggestions, survey results, other information, including related to the use of the Site; and/or
12. For purposes other than the above related to the Site and/or DADI or its affiliates regarding other products and services.

The Site will store and retain User's Personal Information for a certain period of time to fulfill the purposes referred to this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties for the following purposes:

1. Third parties who have contracts with DADI to assist in the delivery of all or part of the services, features or information on the Site, including but not limited to:
• Maintenance and repair services
• Online payment services (if any);
• Market research and site usage analysis services;
• Affiliate of PT DADI;
• Third parties who provide services, programs, and/or links in connection with the needs of these third parties to follow up on the process of running the services provided;
2. Government agencies, or other authorities for the purpose of detecting or preventing prohibited acts or fraud, or for investigative purposes;
3. Professional Consultants who need information for the purpose of providing advice on the Site, services and features in it;
4. And other things that are permitted according to regulations related to data protection.
